This record's sample_count is 6 tumor samples (per the paper's own '4 matched and 2 non-matched' framing), but the raw-data archive's directory naming only unambiguously identifies 5 as tumor via an explicit '_TUMOR' suffix (MEN08/09/10/11/13_TUMOR); two further directories (MEN05, MEN06) lack that suffix and could not be confidently assigned to dura vs. the 6th tumor sample from directory naming alone, so they were excluded from this viewer rather than guessed.
