Cohort detail
- Grade breakdown
- G1: 4 G2: 3 G3: 2
- Sex distribution
- Not reported (no sex/gender column in the deposited table)
- Age distribution
- 9 specimens across 4 cases, ages at resection ranging from 49.72 to 71.55 years
- Anatomic location
- Primary tumor sites: convexity (case 1), convexity (case 2), fronto-basal (case 3), intraventricular (case 4). Case 3 also has a local intracranial recurrence at the same fronto-basal site (18.9 months post-primary) before its extracranial spread -- not itself a second extracranial metastasis. Extracranial metastatic sites per case: lumbar vertebral body L4 (case 1, 210.1 months post-primary), pulmonary (case 2, 6.1 months), cervical spinal canal/neuroforaminal C3-C4 (case 3, 20.5 months), lumbar spinal canal intradural adjacent to nerves L5 (case 4, 12 months). 4 cases x 2-3 samples each: cases 1/2/4 have 2 samples each (primary + one extracranial metastasis), case 3 has 3 samples (primary + one local recurrence + one extracranial metastasis) = 9 total.
- Brain invasion
- 1/9 samples CNS-infiltration positive ('yes': case 1 primary convexity tumor), 7/9 negative ('no'), 1/9 not applicable ('n/a': case 2's pulmonary extracranial metastasis sample)
- Normal/control tissue
- None
